Leanne and Sarah- I made these after seeing some that were similar on Pinterest. I did not put the pattern as a freebie because it was too much like the one I saw. The faces are made with small paper plates, the hat is made with a large paper plate. The rest is just construction paper. Hope this helps! Deeanna
