Scarecrows- Day 2

  3. I have a question. On the fuzzy stick (chenille stem), is there tape at the end of it to keep the beads from falling off? I tried numeration bracelets with my kids last year, but they were not capable of handling the concept. I may try again this year, but keep the stick straight. Thanks!

    1. I tie a knot in each end of the stick. This is the second year I have used these for decomposing numbers. I love it because it is so easy for the students to see the different combinations. Hope this helps. Have a great week.
